HR & Administration Intern
The Role
The HR & Administration Intern will support the Human Resources and Administration functions in daily operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, office administration, and organizational support activities. The intern will gain exposure to recruitment, onboarding, record management, and general office coordination.
This internship is an ideal opportunity for a student in their second or final year of studies who is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in HR and administration within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies and screening CVs.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Assist with office administration and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent in Maltese and English.

Working Arrangement
- Full-time during summer months.
- Part-time during the scholastic year (average of 20 hours per week).
- Mainly office-based.
